About

Charlie King (b. 1993) is an abstract painter living and working in London. Following a BA in Illustration, Charlie's practice became anchored predominately in the physical process of painting; skipping the planning phase entirely, her mark-making is instinctual and reactive, each gesture an immediate response to the one before it.
